Everything fine apart from the fact that I had backache, something I have had only once before. It even hurt when I coughed, but some loving attention from Dot seems to have helped it get better. It's a bugger getting old.
@Dave Sutton I find that keeping my weight down helps to prevent that. Also sitting on a stool instead of leaning back in a chair at the computer is the best way to prevent backaches. A stool develops strong muscles.
Sorry to hear you've got a backache.. Sympathy being sent.. I know i've had a bad one of my own for many many yrs..๐ฃ as for the growing old part..My knee's n feet have decided to join in too..!!
I suppose that what comes from having various job's over the yrs..!!๐ i can shovel shit..thanks to being a zoo-keeper, polo groom & a gardener..!! Also a cycle courier ๐ฒ (+lots more!!) also falling off motorbikes n Horses And various other thing's hasn't helped.. ๐
Sounds like you have had many jobs, variety is the spice of life has always been my motto and I have been a milkman, postman, factory labourer, draughtsman, artist, joiner, post office counter clerk, apple picker, machine setter to name just a few.
Back is feeling much better now thanks, my problem is having had my gall bladder removed I have to be very careful what I eat
I can empathize with back pain. I know how it feels all to well. I had some serious muscle locking issues last year when I was on both Accutane and Atorvastatin. I got some relief once I started taking Ubiquinol. However, the problems didn't go away completely until I got off both the Accutane and Atorvastatin. My doctor is keeping an eye on my cholesterol. It's elevated, but not enough to warrant putting me on medication.
Dot has always got back pain as well, she keeps a hot water bottle on it when resting and that bottle even goes on holiday with us. She gets through her fair share of paracetamol, something I try to avoid.
As for pain relief that's a big issue at the moment! I've been on morphine + paracetamol for yrs n yrs.. Prescribed by the pain clinic, who are now saying i've got too come off it!! Unfortunately they are only offering fresh air as a substitute, which quite honestly ain't gonna cut the mustard..!! Suffice to say having a bit of a battle with me doc's at the moment.. ๐ฃ onwards & upwards... :0)
Sorry... I missed this one, no excuse really but at times I have messages coming at me from all directions. Dot is certainly not in as much pain as you and when on holiday abroad I have pinched her hot water bottle and put ice in it if we have no air con
๐ And that pose exposes your natural beauty.
We have a quarry and a brickworks as well as a couple of industrial estates, so the border control officer must be the area of outstanding beauty.

Hiya peeps.. Hope all is good in your relevant parts of the woods.. :0)

Good one @Dave Sutton!
On a local network we were having a chat about the benefits of these signs and I had to have a little fun with the photos

@Dave Sutton - I'm sorry to hear that. I live with mild to moderate back pain even today, but nothing like what I described above thank goodness.
Poor Dot.. I too use a hot water bottle..
