Had to take Dot to her hospital appointment and then a dental appointment, and I had to visit the medical centre for my INR check. My son who still lives at home has gone down with his second dose of covid, so strict quarantine procedures are in place. He has not lost his appetite or the desire to call all his friends on his mobile. Food is left outside his bedroom door, and everything coming out the same way is strictly disinfected. Hi @Dave Sutton. I'm sorry to hear about your son having Covid again. I know I'll get it at some point, but I am very thankful that I have not had it yet. That's despite visiting my mom and step-dad last month and eating out almost every day with them. I was very thankful that I was still symptom free two weeks after getting back home.
I've had a bit of depression lately. I think it's caused by a combination of things. My finances aren't the best. I don't currently have any neighbors or local friends that I can talk to regularly. My wife doesn't seem to be in a hurry to send divorce papers despite us having been separated for over a year now. Before you ask, I would be even more miserable if I got back with her despite being in a better financial situation.
My classes are going well though. I got an A in both of my summer classes and I have an A in all three of my classes this semester so far. Aside from having moderate sleep apnea and Barrett's esophagus due to reflux, I am in reasonably good health. So, it's not all doom and gloom despite the political goings on here and around the world.
