Hi all. I am feeling a bit conflicted. My landlord offered me the possibility to move into park model that is probably close to twice as big as the 5th Wheel I am in now without changing what I pay for rent. Pros: > It's larger > It's in a nice mobile home park > It has a heat pump AC unit Cons: > It's further away from friends and other people I know > It's at the end of a fairly long street in the mobile home park where the speed limit is 10 MPH > I don't know anyone in the mobile home park I've already had to move once about three weeks ago due to a leaking water heater. Thankfully, the new place was right next door to my old place. I say, "was", because my old place has been removed (sold). Also, I intend to move to Tucson in 5 to 7 months time. On top of that, there's already a bit of turmoil in my life. Long story. That said, would you consider moving to a bigger place or just wait things out in a small home knowing you are going to move eventually anyway?

Just 40 miles from Las Vegas is this. When visiting my aunt and uncle who owned the Vegas house we would often take a trip up there. @Dave Sutton @David Lazarus
I would not be able to grow my runner beans there
I think I've shown you the Gila mountains in Yuma, but just in case. This wide angle shot from my phone doesn't do them justice. They are much closer than they appear.
@Dave Sutton I believe you are joking but you certainly can if you want. I might end up selling the property but not sure yet. The house needs a bit of loving care so I might sell it cheaply as is. It's a small 3 bedroom house with a terrific heating/cooling unit needed for the desert climate. @David Lazarus knows the territory quite well being that he is in a neighboring state (he knows the desert) so that's why I asked him.
@Dave Sutton So when did you consider becoming another Prince Harry? My brother always called Las Vegas "Lost Wages".😄 The residents are smart and don't gamble.
The address is 3096 S. Parkdale Ave. Las Vegas NV 89121 Look on Google maps and check it out. It's not located in the country unfortunately.
I used to love moving, but not so much so these days. I have to agree with the wise old boy in California on this one
