Experimental page hosting some animated flags

About twenty years ago I made a lot of international flags like this and they were popular at the time. In this day and age I have found that with the introduction of fast download speeds animated gifs don't necessarily have to be this small but maybe people will still want an emblem like this to embellish their blog or webpage.
