It's sad to see my teenage heroes going by the way. Charlie was the ugly one, but always dressed impeccably. This gif easily found by searching the gif button for RIP Charlie.
Read that the British government is not happy with Facebook taking over Giphy, seems Facebook wants a slice of everything.
Well, darn! I feel stupid! I didn't realize that Charlie was the drummer for Rolling Stones. Then again, next to Led Zeppelin, they were among my less favorite British bands. From Britain, I tend to enjoy 70s Prog Rock and 80s New Wave bands the most.
This song puts me back in my Grandmother's house. She would play this 78RPM record when I was very young and I requested it frequently. I loved it. I still do.
I had to look up that name.
That surprises me, always preferred the Beatles to the Stones
I don't know musicians much except for the Beatles.

Never a fan of either band's much..!!
Although since getting older, i do appreciate some of thier works tho..!! :0)
I was more into David Bowie, & similar, at that time. (I actually missed most of that era as i was probably too young, (1962)!!
Hope you are all well.. Regards to you all,

These days when the sun is out and the ouzo is flowing, I tend to find some lively Greek music on Spotify.
I knew of him, but I don't know his music. Still, it's a shame when a great musician dies. We've lost way too many from, say, 2016 to present.
The group he was in was famous, but his name was not
This is him, the drummer. Am I right @Dave Sutton ? This is one of my videos:

That's him, always wore a suit and tie, much like I did in my late teens

This is one of my videos which is the music I still prefer. I never liked rock much except now that I'm older it brings back memories.

My mum was a big Winifred Atwell fan so this was the version I would hear Winifred Atwell - The Poor People of Paris - YouTube Sometimes she would play it on an upright piano, but not as good as the video.
Wow, she can really play!
Mum loved Winifred Atwell and Liberace. She tried to teach me to play the piano but gave it up as a bad job
My Grandmother was a Liberace fan.
As a kid in the back seat of my parents car this would be on the radio:
