I have had my gall bladder removed, hence I eat very little red meat and Dot eats mainly what she cooks for me, although she has an occasional steak. I find it difficult to resist sheftalia though. Furthermore, I love cheese, but eat the lactose free variety and drink loads of Almond milk

Occasionally eat pizzas. I make a fair bit of hummus and eat loads of fish and poultry, and we always have loads of fresh fruit

I like hummus. I like the garbanzo bean hummus and there is an artichoke flavored hummus that's tasty.

I use chick peas, garlic, onions, cumin, lemon juice, tahini and salt, all thrown into the blender. The only thing I actually cook are the dried chick peas after being soaked overnight. Much better than any I have bought in supermarkets.

Me too. The answer was way too obvious. I knew it had to do with people in Parliament. Sometimes the easiest things are the most difficult.
